ColumCon (formerly CG2) is a student-produced convention at Columbia College Chicago.
Our first two-day event includes a two floors of artists, programming, and panels on topics in pop culture, fandom, and careers in the entertainment industry.
"CG2/Columbia Geek Culture Gala” was founded in 2014 by the presidents of Muggles Association of Columbia, Columbia Whovians, and CCC Japanese Anime and Manga.
Our mission to provide a low-cost convention experience for college students in Chicago, as well as valuable networking and showcase opportunities for students working in arts and entertainment.
